Good reasons to write
- You found a number you think is wrong. Tell us the tool, the exact inputs you used, and the figure you expected. Because every formula is published, we can usually confirm or fix it quickly, and a genuine bug jumps the queue.
- You want a calculator we do not have yet. Requests directly shape what we build next. Describe the job you are trying to estimate and what makes it awkward to work out by hand.
- A tool is missing a case you hit in the real world. An unusual layout, an odd unit, a material we did not account for. The more specific the example, the more likely it becomes a feature.
What to expect
This is a small project, so replies are not instant, but real messages get a real answer. Clear reports about a wrong result are the most useful thing you can send, and they are the ones we act on first. We do not send newsletters, we will not add you to a list, and we only use your email address to reply to you. See the privacy page for the details.
What we cannot help with
We do not quote jobs, recommend contractors, or advise on specific products or brands. The tools give you a sound estimate to plan with; the buying decisions and the trade work stay with you and your supplier.
